Place was okay but check-in was a hassle
The place was nice. The only thing we didn't like was the check-in location was about 13 minutes walk to the actual apartment so it was quite the struggle especially with 3 luggages. Also (not really major) there was a nespresso machine but there was no free coffee 😂

The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. The Roman Theater and Alcazaba were right next to the entrance; the Cathedral, Picasso Museum, shops, restaurants, etc. all within a few minutes walk. Parking garage was just a short walk away, also. Nice big apartment, king sized bed, kitchenette. Made the stay very enjoyable.

Wonderful location: quiet side steeet off of pedestrian walkway near the Picasso museum. Easy to pick up key beforehand to access private apartment. Ours had two bedrooms; upstairs had magnificent view of ancient Roman fortress lit up at night. Access to private rooftop terrace! Very clean and modern, nicely decorated. Walking distance to beach. Outstanding property—highly recommend!

C'était Très bien situé au cœur de Malaga, lit très confortable, déception au niveau de la vue... la fenêtre donnait sur un mur, aussi, odeur provenant de la salle de bain, les serviettes n’ont pas été changées lors de notre séjour de 3 jours.

Sufficient but hard to find
The room was sufficient for one night and the location is great, but it's small for 3 people. It was hard to find in the middle of the night since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn't have phone service in a foreign country.

I was first taken to one address where I could not check in, then I was taken to a watch guard who checked me in, gave me a set of keys and some guidance written in Spanish Language and sent me to a third address. I spent an hour searching this address before I found it in a dark narrow lane, When I should lock me in, I could not do it, because apparently the keys did not fit. Then I decided to book me in to Marriott Hotel and here I stay.

Great Location - lacks staffing
The location of the hotel is perfect. You are right in the middle of the sites and restaurants. The major draw back is that the hotel is not staffed and if there is a problem you are pretty much on your own. The breaker for the water heater kept tripping leaving us with no hot water. I would have to continue to set it.

Very nice stay, warm greeting by the reception staff, superb view of the Alcazaba from the terrace of our room. We only have one complaint and it's substantial; the bed sheets seemed dirty.

Great central location, though very quiet as tucked away down a side street. Modern, clean and spacious, and only very minor gripes being lack of full length mirror, and a shelf for the shower, but otherwise it was faultless. The water, orange juice, pastries and preserves that greeted us on our arrival were a nice touch. Staff were friendly and communicative, and now provide keys in addition to the app to access doors, as this can still be a little temperamental. Great apartment and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful and in such a brilliant location. Everything you need and very kindly was left two coffee pods, orange juice, water and croissants. Unfortunately the hot water was limited and the electronic door lock started continuously beeping at 04:30 one morning. Otherwise a perfect stay and would definitely return!

Wonderful accommodations. Staff helpful and friendly. Bathroom needed minimal upkeep (squeaky door, loose shower drain cover and a bit of musty smell (probably needs some shower chalking). Be aware it basically is an apartment with no reception on site.

Nice appartment and location, but could be cleaner
Very nice place, well equiped, my only 2 negative comments is the bathroom smell too much as humidity, and there some ants and flies in the appartment, where I would’t except any... plus if you have a baby they don’t offer baby bed.

Good corporate apartment in great location
The apartment is a stylish corporate-let type of accommodation in a convenient area of Malaga. Very clean with excellent amenities. The only issue was that you need to go to another office to pick up the keys, which is super inconvenient with luggage. This detail is not listed on the hotels.com blurb, but apparently they sent an email which I didn't receive with this detail. When I called to say I couldn't access the apartment, a representative did deliver the keys to me.

great apartment, horrendous check-in application
the check-in using the smartpgone application was a tedious thing. After about 15 minutes of stuggle, and fearing I had to actually book another hotel, I managed to find a phone number - good old-school, they picked up immediately and someone came to the apartment within 2 minutes. The apartment was great, the service was great, excellent wifi. Just fix the check-in application; which is an horrendous ordeal. I can recommend this apartment, but keep the phone number handy prior to arrival.

Nice apartment,great location, but the electronic key on-mobile phone is a pain. We did’nt close the apartment door correctly and it would’nt open on our return. We had to go to a sister hotel to collect actual keys to enter. I would rather have “real” keys.

Good location and very clean apartment
Apartment is in very good location and yet quiet street, which allowed us to sleep in very good. Love the decor in the apartment and very spacious and clean. The bed is super comfortable and apartment provided some snacks, orange juice and water which was pretty thoughtful of them. Internet was great as well, highly recommended!

Why would you stay anywhere else?
The building is right in the centre of where one needs to be in Malaga. Better than a hotel, less hassle, more me time and the loft, oh my oh my.

The propert was located in the perfect location, near the downtown but on a very quiet street in the zona peadonal. If you have a car you must park at the public garage nearby and walk the last block. Also, make sure you have read through all the instructiins before arriving because you need to have an app on your phone to get in and your phone needs to have plenty of power so you arent stranded outside. Once inside the property is comfortable, clean and well situated. I loved waking up to the Alhambra of Malaga right across the street! Very romantic!! The hitel Is next to a historical zone which is why there is no street parking, like I said, there is a very convenient parking lot less than one block away.

If you have rental car you will need to park couple hundred meters away in parking garage and walk with luggage. Not easy to find driving. In great location by Roman theater, right out the door. Walls had mold issues and AC didn’t work well. Nice decoration and great open space for price. Overall excellent location once you settle in.
