“I book the room at KAYAK, but the staff told me that there is NO room when I arrived. And gave me another address. It is much inconvenient !”

“This hotel is run down. Furniture is shabby in the common areas. And, when we arrived in our room, the toilet had been used, needed a flush, and clearly had not been cleaned. The front desk was helpful and sent housekeeping up pretty quickly so credit for that. Also the room was just WET. Air conditioner cooled but the air was noticeably wet making for a pretty unpleasant stay. ”

“Requested 2 Queen Beds, but I only got 1 King bed room. The staff should ask me first before changing the room type. ”

“The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but the only room left was with a roll in shower. The problem was they laid the tile wrong and all the water came out of the room towards the carpet. I quickly used all the towels to mop up the water, but it was unreal and how quickly it’s spreading how deep it was, and I was afraid of it to get out the door my husband just had knee surgery, both knees replaced and I have to go and get mine done and when I went to the desk to complain, she said that……
