“No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying……

“Die Unterkunft war super und auch passend zur Natur. Luxus gibt's nicht aber ist auch nichts passend zur Natur. Das Essen war hervorragend und dass Personal hat alles bestens organisiert damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir haben uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt und ist für jeden weiter zu empfehlen wer die Natur im vollen Umfang genießen möchte.”

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa dos Frades — the staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable though lighting could be improved.
