Disappointing stay
Wifi was slow and randomly disconnecting. My partner could not even connect to the wifi. We saw baby cockroaches in our room. The shower gel and shampoo/conditioner dispensers were not working at all. Tv wasn't a smart tv. Breakfast food at 9am were already cold.

Bathroom overflows in the shower area....
The Bathroom shower floods and slow drainage. Body wash and shampoo dispenser was broken (informed them bu phone but seems not care to bother)....you need to change it. Have to ask for body wash refill and shampoo and was given travel size replacements. Very friendly staff tho. Internet Wifi was good.....

The breakfast was excellent - good food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Were not very happy with the cockroach infestation. It was not resolved the whole time we were there even after moving to another room. Toilet fixtures need to be updated.

I have been staying in Brentwood Suites whenever I go for vacation back home in Philippines. Overall, the place and staff are excellent. That is why I keep coming back. There was only one thing I can comment on this recent stay. I went to reception to borrow a pair of scissors that I could use quickly. I was told they never lend out a pair of scissors. That was disappointing.

King room was nice, Staff excellent, services excellent. However, it appears that maintenance left the ceiling cover above the exhaust fan adjar and we had roaches in the room. Over the 2 days we stayed, we killed about 5-6 roaches in the room. The morning we checked out there was a roach in the bathroom... I didnt bother to kill it, left for the housekeeping to see. That way, they would understand this review.

This hotel is probably my favorite in Quezon City so far. The beds, bedding and pillows are very comfortable. Hot shower! Excellent high speed internet. And great location. The breakfast was acceptable. Not many selections, but overall ok. The only thing that is lacking in the room is the proximity of power outlets. There is only 1 at the desk. The wifi is taking 1 of the pugs and the light is taking the other. You have to unplug the light if wanting to plug in a laptop. There are 2 other outlets near the door. No outlets near the bed!!! When we come back, we will try to remember that we need to bring a 15 foot extension cord along with. :/

Over-all stay was really nice. Just a few note, saw one cotton swab on the floor near trash bin under the vanity table. bed sheets had stain marks.

Easy to find and the hotel is beautiful. Only problem is with the aircon not cooling properly which we told the receptionist and they fixed it properly. The bed is comfy.

My stay in Brentwood was Okay, there is one room the aircon is good but when I was transferred to room 8008 the aircon is not cold and both room has a little warm shower. But the selling point of the Hotel is the quietness of location and safety.

It was amazing experience,everything I expected from a great hotel - the room, the staff, the amenities & convenient location. Breakfast was the best! At a reasonable price too! My family rented several rooms during our family reunion & we will be coming back for sure!
