NONE. This is our first time and yet we had really bad experience to this hotel especially their staff. We are seniors, due to pandemic we were quarantined to this terrible hotel for total 6 days. Because we need to make deposit for our stay and has to be in pesos, hotel sent their bellboy to come to our room and he collected $1,200 USD placed in an envelope. While the Travel Agency staff waiting in the lobby for the bellboy to hand over the money $$, as soon as bellboy came out from the elevator, he went to the back (employees only) and took him about 10-15 mins before he went back to the lobby to hand over the money and counted as $600.00 USD without envelope to the travel agecy staff. Reported to the manager but he didn't even exhaust all his efforts to help the seniors and protected the bellboy instead. Karma will get to this heartless people. These 2 seniors didn't want to deal with it due to their medical conditions. I/we do not recommend this hotel as quarantine facility and hope they will get removed on the quarantine hotel list.

I loved that I got 3 meals a day.. most of the time anyway. Some meals were missed without warning, but no big deal there. Worst part was the negative attitude I got from the operator/front desk a lot! I’m not mad, but such hostility makes anxious guests like me afraid to ask for basic quarantine necessities like drinking water, groceries, and asking simple questions.
