Why doesnt the property management company read the reviews and make changes??!! Everything we experienced had been noted in prior comments as problems.
First the hot tub doesnt work and the two most recent reviews both state this. They also State that they attempted to reach Vacasa and nobody responded. We had the same experience, called the first night and i was told they would contact me the following day to repair it. No contact. We also send a message thru the app, no response. How can you continue to advertise this as a property with a hot tub when youre aware its not working and have done nothing to repair it? We were assured prior to booking that the hot tub was in fact working & this is one of the reasons we chose this property over others that were lesser in price. We will be filing a BBB complaint. Ridiculous!
Second, no hand wash anywhere in the house (have they heard of COVID??). No trash bags, no paper towels or toilet paper. We had 1 tab to run the dishwasher. These are items we had to go out and but ourselves. Again, what poor management.
Save your time and rent elsewhere in Wapato. The area and the house itself are great, but the management company ruins the stay & is misleading in whats included.
Side note, Id suggest bringing your own cooking pans, knives etc. the ones provided are dirty (propbably bc there is no dish soap for the washer) & is poor shape.
