This may have had to do with my booking the property so last minute, but lots of things weren't ready for my arrival. There were no check-in instructions or contact before I called the owner; no towels so I went searching for those in the closet; no shampoo and soap as listed but fortunately I had some with me; the dishwasher was full of dishes which I unpacked. And the dishes available weren't that clean. The floor also could use a cleaning. The apt itself is fine, very bare bones (definitely photographs better), but quiet and close to a small decent beach, part of Playa de las Chapas. It would've also have been nice to get some tips as this is not in a populous area. Positives: Frank, the property manager (?) who let me in, was very nice, and to be fair, the owner allowed me to leave my things beyond the check-out time because no one else was coming. Nice pool.

Great place for a short vacation
The apartment was spacious enough for 3 adults and a small pet dog. Walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Gardens and pool were all well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any queries we had.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado con respecto a la playa, para todo lo demás hay que coger el coche o andar un buen rato y subir bastantes cuestas. El apartamento estaba bien, pero faltaba bastante limpieza sobre todo en el cuarto de baño y tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrar cucarachas en el baño, suponemos que de estar tiempo cerrado el piso. Las sábanas y toallas no estaban limpias, las sábanas tenían manchas y las toallas tenían mal olor.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für Kurzurlaub
Für einen Kurzurlaub war die Wohnung super. Leider war der Kühlschrank etwas laut, aber sonst ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Von der viel befahrenen Strasse hört man wenig. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung reibungslos. Alles Bestens.

Apartamento Playa Elviria "DE DIEZ"
Ha sido una estancia estupenda, el apartamento muy cómodo y muy bien amueblado con muy buena climatización. Mikel es muy amable y ha estado pendiente para que la estancia fuera perfecta. La urbanización muy tranquila ideal para descansar , no hay ruidos y es muy de agradecer, con muchos servicios ( piscina, bar etc) y amplios jardines . Puedes ir a la playa andando y es una gran comodidad el no tener que coger coche. Playa también muy tranquila y varios chiringuitos cercanos. Parking privado en la urbanización. Buena atención del personal de la urbanización. Unas vacaciones de 10, volveremos.

Justo lo que necesitaba!
El apartamento está renovado completamente, limpio y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en la playa. Menos de 10 minutos andando hasta la playa y en un recinto cerrado con aparcamiento y jardines privados. En junio ha estado muy tranquilo el complejo y la zona. Nos gusta cenar fuera y hay varios bares y restaurantes cruzando el autovia pero poca comida española para los que prefieren comida tradicional. A nosotros no ha sido problema, seguro que repetiremos más adelante! Lo único que faltaba para una familia que quiere comer en el apartamento es una olla grande para cocer pasta, por todo lo demás perfecto.

Apartment liegt sehr nahe am Nikki Beach (5min zu Fuß). Mit dem Auto ist die Altstadt von Marbella in 15min zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist etwas steril aber sehr sauber und neu renoviert
