Dear Stephan For starters you paid half price because you took advantage of a mistake in the price list. Normally it would have cost you more than double. Secondly I did everything to try and please you. From giving you a private key to use our private access to the beach to working on a Sunday for you because you had blocked the pipes throwing waste which you shouldn'thavedone, to doing a change over of sheets when all we normally do is leave the linen for you to change. We also gave you our cleaners extra service for a full morning free of charge. In addition you did not put the chlorine into the pool and that nearly created a problem. The villa has no air conditioning and you were duly informed before you arrived. And you accepted this. It is all recorded so that you know. The house was clean and you only came up with all this ridiculous excuses on departure. Stephan this is not fair play and I shall not rent to you again. My primitive yet charming villa. You did not tell the truth in your comments . The furniture was clean and in perfect condition. The pool was spotless. The house is perfectly equipped for 8 people. Unfortunately we cannot do much about your comments which are totally out of place. Unless you rectify your comments we shall not accept your bookings in the future.
