“i was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked through a third-party website at a specific price, but when I checked out, I was given a bill with several unexpected fees that were never disclosed in advance. I have no problem paying for things like parking if they're communicated clearly before or during my stay. But adding hundreds of dollars in extra charges at checkout without proper notice is unacceptable. When I tried to speak with staff before leaving, they told me,……

“It was just my fiancee and I. We had an amazing time. We rode bicycle everywhere! Great house with ample space. Loved the pool. They have a bunch of bicycles, beach stuff and other items that one can use.”

“This property needs an absolute overhaul! To begin with, it’s an older complex and the buildings need renovations. The condo stunk of cigarette smoke. The furniture was gross and worn out. The beds were absolutely horrible! The place was dark and dank. The shower door had no seal on the bottom so the water just ran out everywhere. The televison in the living room did not work. No direct communication from owner. Just what seemed to be automated through VRBO. I sent a message asking a couple……
