Minimum Effort

To me it seemed like someone has bought a hotel/motel and has invested the minimum amount of time and effort to operate it. "Minimum" being somewhat subjective, granted, but the room had nonfunctional lighting, inoperable cable television, no toilet paper through half our stay, and an odd arrangement of amenities provided and not provided. For example, the ice bucket bag was replaced, but not the plastic cups that typically accompany it. Service was shoddy not due to any sort of malice, but lack of training, knowledge or resources to run a hotel. Such as providing the night manager access to the custodial supplies to help fix the omission of the cleaning person from refilling toilet paper. But in dealing with several restraunts in the immediate vicinity, this appears to be a problem not unique to this hotel. If you want a bare minimum room and don't mind bringing your own toilet paper, flashlights and a good book to read, then this is an adequate choice. If, however, you expect more from then you may want to consider other options.

Greedy and rude staff

Pros: The room was huge so spacious the biggest standard room I have ever been in.
Cons: Everything else
Location: Gas stations and better hotel options
Tried to say mt reservation didn't save bc of a declined credit card that was paid off and I booked thru a 3rd oarty so we would have never known if it was delclined and I had the reservation in my hand, then tried to say the room we booked was too small for how many people we had when we satyed in a smaller one at a disney resort jsut the week earlier, and we were only going to be at this hotel for 12 hrs max. He was just rude and slow and inconsiderate.

I have stayed at this hotel about 26 times in the last 5 months. I dont expect much from a place like this nor does it take much for me to be confortable. The room I had this time was just like all the other rooms this place offers--BASIC. Im ok with being by the high traffic stairs. Im good with the cigarette burns in the comforter. I can excuse the sub-par flooring and the 1 small bar of soap. I can ignor the rickety air conditioning and the two or 3 towels thats provided. Heck, I can even pretend not to see the occasional roach or 3. The only thing I wanted and needed this stay was a full sized ironing board. I was told there wasnt one availble. Now I can clearly see a few in the vacant rooms as I walk by, but for some reason I could not be accomadated. I guess the $1608.00 that Ive spent there this year wasnt enough. IM DONE.

Air condition would not get cold also smell like dog
