“Despite overall “disappointing” reviews of this property (online), I decided to try it. Not a positive experience. POSITIVES: 1. Responsive front desk person when checked in at 5:30 PM (I requested change of room due to very unpleasant pet odors in assigned pet room and she immediately provided a non-pet room). 2. Shower water was wonderfully hot. 3. Conveniently located close to exit doors for my pet. 4. A/C worked well. DISAPPOINTMENTS: 1. Pet room reeked of animal feces and urine 2.……
