"The sauna we we looking forward to was closed for the night with just a sign on the door, adults swimming in hot tub instead of pool. Breakfast area very small for the amount of rooms the have. The rooms were clean and staff friendly, location was good. I would stay there again."

My Place Hotel - Marquette, MI

"This is really an extended-stay hotel but I was only there for a couple nights. My room was clean and comfortable and everything looked new-ish and modern. I did notice some TV noise coming through the wall from the adjacent room but it wasn't enough to keep me awake. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator, but beware that the kitchenette is completely bare in terms of dishes or utensils, not even a plastic spoon/fork/knife set included."

"Great location and easy walking distance to the lake, restaurants, etc. The hotel is nice but dated, and the exercise room is a small room with two old machines and a few dumbbells and nothing more. At nearly $300/night, the price was much too high. This is a 3-star, $150/night hotel."

"There was a staff shortage, so we couldn’t check in at 2:30 and had to wait until 4:00 PM to get into our room. The staff, however, were very helpful and recommended several good places to eat in the city. The bed has definitely seen better days."

"Overall, the hotel was excellent and was in a great location. Right next door was a car wash that was still operating at 10 PM (this can be important after driving through bugs in the Upper Peninsula). Also next door was a Buffalo Wild Wings. The hotel was generally clean although I did find one hair in the bathtub. The staff was friendly although they can be a little slow getting to the desk for check-in. I appreciated the availability of parking and the selections for breakfast."
