While it wasn’t the hotels fault, they would only approve a first night cancellation and not approve refund for the other unspent night. Our rental car had no issue refunding unspent days. There is no staff on site. Texted the host number and was told someone from maintenence would come the next day. We pretty much said they could come anytime to look at it the next day.
