The hotel was close to the airport and the train station which was exactly what we were looking for. The free airport shuttle was a nice surprise and was quick arriving at the airport. The room, while small was adequate and clean. The AC worked great! The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Was a weekend break was told bedding only changed if ur there 4 days had to ask for clean towels.bin not emptied. Went to eat was told food was finished.There was an older lady who worked there who was lovely and couldnt do enough to help us.

We got picked up at the Vitrolles train station - unexpected. Early morning shuttle to the airport was on time at 5:00am.

Horrible. Avoid at all cost. Our connecting flight to Marseille was delayed 4 hours so by the time we got to the hotel at midnight with 4 children, both our rooms had been cancelled, despite me speaking with desk clerk Isabelle to confirm late arrival. The night desk clerk (rude French guy with tattoos) was the worst and insisted that he call Isabelle on her personal phone to prove me wrong. The rooms are minuscule and no elevators so luggage has to be dragged up flights of stairs.

Perfect for being close to the airport.

Reasonable option for early flights
Overall, good for a short stay for an early flight. It's a short walk from the Vitrolles-Airport train station, which is the cheaper option to get to/from the city, if a less convenient timetable (the last train is usually ~8pm, so don't plan on having much of a dinner in Marseille and there's not much to eat within walking distance). The exterior of the hotel is quite shabby, but the interior and our room looked recently redone. We arrived relatively early to check in since we had to drop our rental car off in Marseille. The lady at the front desk was surprised, but friendly and allowed us to check in without issue. There were a number of set stains on the sheets and the shower drain seemed a little slow, but the bed was comfy. The WiFi was solid as well, which was helpful in rearranging our delayed flights. We took the 5am shuttle to the airport, which arrived on time and was free. The driver was friendly as well.

Made very welcome by staff who assisted us with bags to our room. Dinner and a beer also very welcome. Staff went out of their way to deliver us to airport very early the next morning.

very fine hotel with free shuttle service to the airport...less than 10 minutes away. Bar was just right and we did not have their dinner or breakfast buffet a number of guests seemed to enjoy it. Free parking and all of it was secluded from the public. GPS took us straight there which was very helpful.

Marseille airport comfort
Front desk assistance, especially Isabelle, was extremely helpful. Rooms were clean & hallways quiet. Surrounding neighborhood not quite nice.

Quick stopover
No issues with the amenities noting we were only here for a stopover prior to getting on a train for Nice. We utilised the shuttle from the airport and also used it again the next morning to get to the train station all with no fuss.

No one was at the desk when I arrived. Shuttle to the airport didn't leave early enough for my flight. There was a lot of "controversy" about who's turn it was to leave on the first Suttle. I thought there was going to be a fist fight among the guests. The hotel staff did nothing to manage the situation.
