We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. "They literally ghosted us. We ended up stranded up, knocking on the door for like an hour at night. They have no phone number listed anywhere. We had to ask around and talk to a hotels.com virtual assistant to eventually get a phone number. They didn’t see our booking and overbooked. They eventually got a friend to accommodate us for the night (a stranger picked us up in his car, scary but he turned out nice). But obviously it was very stressful and unprofessional.
