“VERY brief stay to catch early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful taking us to an excellent restaurant and taking us to airport at 5 am. English was a slight problem , but we did ok. Rooms were very basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Located very close to airport in an industrial, but not there for a holiday”

However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. At the spa centre again the same story with the sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room all closed. On asking why “just because they are”. Presumably again open on 1st June. “Cosa si può scrivere di questa struttura, se non magnificare l'eccellenza? Veramente difficile trovare il classico "pelo nell'uovo". Abbiamo usato la SPA (ad uso esclusivo), abbiamo cenato al ristorante (decisamente tra i top dell'intera Sicilia), abbiamo goduto di una sistemazione confortevole e rilassante. Questa è una delle "experience" da provare almeno una volta nella vita.”

“Very wonderful propert between Catania and Taormina with a great location near the Etna park entrances and local wineries. With a great onsite restaurant and small pool it made a great stopover.”

He responded to our messages within a minute through WhatsApp. Even though we arrived late at night on one occasion, he made the entry process easy by responding immediately upon our arrival. Although we never met in person, he was always available to help. We stayed twice, on either end of a trip to Taormina. We stayed in two different rooms.
