“Great!”

“I was in town for surgery and needed to stay overnight. This place was nothing fancy, as I didn’t need a pool, spa, restaurant ect. What it was, was amazing. Absolutely, spotless, mini kitchen, all appliances (small full size refrigerator/freezer) except dishwasher. Had dish soap and towels. We bought plastic utensils and paper bowls. A/C was great, not noise, beds and pillows were great! The icing on the cake, the staff could not have been nicer. I would most definitely recommend and stay there……

“The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again.”

“Check in was easy, fast. Room was clean. Beautiful. Love the fact the the toilet and bath tub are in the same room as the sink. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. They had pancake maker, bacon, eggs, French toast sticks, cereal, yogurt, bread. Muffins, juice. All day coffee bar. What i didn't like: the microwave was on the very bottom of shelf. Really on the floor. Not sure if all rooms are the same way. And the one in my room didn't work.”

“We booked here (2 nights) and was told we would be able to use the rooftop bar to watch the 4th of July fireworks. We even called before booking to ensure the bar would be open and accessible and were told yes. 4th rolls around and we start seeing signage stating the rooftop bar was booked by a private party and no guests were welcome up there. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known this! The hotel staff were nice but the rooms were nasty! There were toenail clippings on the carpet,……

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“The room shade was broken, could not raise or lower the shade, no TV channel guide in room. Initial front desk didn't know the on screen guide number,”
