Hotel staff were excellent and always keen to help with any questions. The room was in very good condition and had all the amenities. The dining options inside the hotel had many delicious vegetarian options. Hotel staff made sure my stay in Vrindavan was very comfortable. I am gonna stay there again in my next visit to Vrindavan. I feel at home here. The service is exceptional. I love the restaurant. They are so accommodating. The location is very quiet. It is extremely clean. The beds are comfy and great hot water showers. I recommend it One hundred percent

It's a good property to stay with family. Food was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Its on the main road and you can easily find an e-rick to giro twmples or even you can walk. prem mandir and ISKCON is with 2-3 kms. Shri Banke Bihari temple is withn 5 kms. Radhe Radhe

THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO IMPROVE A LOT IN THE AREA OF FOOD..... NO VARIETY IN THE BREAKFAST ...NO BUFFET DINNER ONLY VERY SELECTED OPTIONS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO OPTED FOR DINNER AND BREAKFAST INCLUSIVE THE RESTURANT MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACE IF THE HOTEL REALLY WANTS TO SURVIVE .... THERE WAS NO TOILET ROLL WHEN I CHECKED IN THE ROOM ...THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL @ MALLIKA MUKESH WAS HELPFUL IN THE RESTAURANT, THOUGH THE RESTAURANT MANAGER LEFT NO STONE UNTURNED TO RUIN CUSTOMERS LIKE US WHO ARE TRAVELLING FROM 15 YEARS

Outstanding hotel! Outstanding service! Malaika was super friendly and spoke very good English. The only recommendation I have is maybe some chairs outside in a garbage can since they’re hard to find lol
