“Clean room, friendly staff, easy check-in.”

“Very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible! My biggest question — why wasn’t……

“We didn't realized this place is under construction/renovation at the time we visited. I came in late around close to 11pm or so and said hi to the front desk clerk and she didn't acknowledged nor respond to my greeting. I said hi again and again but then there's still no response from her (she was on her phone)... Then she realized that I'm in front of her from her view against the glass window with the reflection of mine. And she said i startled her. Other than that, she customer service is……

“The place was very clean, I loved the layout of the apt. It was very cozy spacious. ”

“This isn’t a luxury motel, but it was very clean and the staff was wonderful. One thing that really stood out was the attention to cleanliness and comfort. The mattress had a protector, and the bed was thoughtfully made with a fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket, and an extra sheet on top—such a nice and hygienic touch. I also appreciated seeing the housekeeping staff cleaning the windows and doors of each room. It’s clear they take pride in keeping everything well cared for.”

“Rooms are wonderful space and clean, TV in bedroom didn't work but it wasn't a big deal. The onsite Manager is outstanding and really goes out of her way to help customers. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Affordable Suites has a great ambassador there! Thank You for your service and keep up the good work. ”
