The property was very nice and clean with wide sweeping entranceway. Our first night stay was in a lovely studio room. It was nice and cozy for the 2 of us. The second night stay was in an accessible suite with living room sofa, coffee table, lamps, etc and an accessible bath with walkin shower, which we enjoyed. Both rooms were great, but i enjoyed the second night stay more.

The Hotel is undergoing remodeling. Even though it was Sunday morning they started drilling and hammering since 8:00 making it imposible to sleep. This was never disclosed to me at Expedia nor at the front desk at the hotel.

I booked a room which showed a larger space, king sized bed and a sofa. The room I received was significantly smaller than advertised and only came with a small desk and a single seater in the room.

Everyone was Wonderful.. They moved me upstairs to Everything was new. Beds were a lot more comfortable.. I had a very nice stay.

I liked this hotel. However, since it is a bit old, the room lacks chargers for electronics and the fridge was not functioning properly, thus my insulin ended up not being cold.

Construction started real early on a Sunday .. it was loud. Staff did a poorly job on giving us a room where they new construction was gonna take place.

lamento muncho los sucedido ya aviamos tomado en cuenta su comentario por lo cual se rembolo el 50% el dia de lo sucedido solo quiero recordale estamos en remodelacion por lo cual tendremos algunos problemas esperemos en la proxima visita este el hotel totalmente renovado. La considermanos un buen huesper para nosotros gracias x sus comentarios mejoraremos gracias a eso.

The front desk staff was pleasant, the room clean bed comfortable. The area that needs attention is the water pressure I. The shower was very poor. The breakfast was okay but the toaster did not work.

air conditioning didnt work. i turned ir off several times and it kept turning on in the middle of the night. plus there was only one blanket and I had to go to the front desk for more. blankets were very uncomfortable. also they're supposed to have a store in the ground level and i was looking for advil and they didnt have any medicine available.
