Easy walking distance to Davis Beach, Ponderosa Park, McCall Golf course. Close to downtown dining and shopping. BE ADVISED: Renting this home means that YOU acknowledge notification That the 3rd bedroom DOES NOT MEET CURRENT FIRE ESCAPE STANDARDS. The room does not have immediate exterior access.
