“We made it to the property about 5 minutes before check in. I approached the desk and said “I know were early (5 minutes) but are we able to check in.” The woman at the counter looked up and said “I’m waiting on rooms”. I asked how long and she just looked at me. We went downtown and explored for a couple of hours so no big deal I guess. We came back and checked in no problem. Decided to use the pool. The water level was low so the poll was not on or filtering. There was no sign that it was out……

“Continental breakfast was the worst I've ever, seen trash was not empty, had the request sheets for bed changing, pool is not open on weekends, was not an enjoyable stay Staffing problems or even no one cares”
