Girls Weekend!
This was a great house for all the girls to have a weekend get away! Enough beds for everyone to spread out, a big couch for us all to lounge around on, and spacious parking for all. The door keypad may have broken, but the lockbox to get out the key was slightly frustrating and I would say the hot tub may need a scrub down. Otherwise, a great stay.

Wonderful get away weekend
Kids loved all the games and adults loved the hot tub! Bedrooms were large. House was well maintained and clean. Neighborhood was nice and all activities were in such close proximity. Highly recommend Hanks for nearby food! Couple bedrooms had skylights so despite there being a curtain to mute the light, it could not keep the room dark. One room had a bunk bed, note that it had a weight limit for the top bunk at 70 pounds. We will definitely come again and stay here!!

Excellent Value - Excellent Space
This large and lovely space is a great value and fantastic location! Kevin was a gracious host and communicated efficiently. The three families who went (with children ages 2 - 10) all had adequate room to space out. We cooked many meals in the well-appointed kitchen and loved gathering around the table to play games and eat together. The space was very clean and it immediately felt like home. I highly recommend this house and host.

Great House!
The house was very clean when arrived. Very close to everything, just a 5 minute drive to all attractions. Lots of fun to be had in the house with a pool table, foosball and air hockey (which wasn't in the pictures so we were pleasantly surprised). We also enjoyed the hot tub!

Family Christmas Vacation
We went to Massanutten Resort for Christmas 2023. My family and I had an amazing time. This property was great. It was very clean and large enough to accommodate us all. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bedrooms were very spacious. We were very close to snowboarding, tubbing and skiing , water park and much more. I give the property a 5 stars. Many thanks to the host.

Fun Christmas stay at Masanutten
The house was spacious and very comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 children for our stay. The large dining table was perfect for meals and fun activities. The kitchen was well stocked with food prep items. There was a sectional sofa in the living room that worked out well for watching a football game. Adults and kids loved the hot tub, foosball table, and the air hockey. It was a great stay.

Our family had a really nice stay at the house and enjoyed our Thanksgiving there. We were hoping there would be snow, but not yet. The house was big enough that we could all spread out and the grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to go back again.

Ideal stay for multiple families
We shared this house with another family for our 20 year JMU reunion weekend. Our family has 3 kids ages 14, 12, and 7 and the other family 2 kids ages 6 and 4. The multiple entertainment areas were all well epuipt and in working order. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the game rooms, screened porch areas, and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and entire house was spotless. Superior labeling all around the house to help guests know which switches operate specific lights and other functions, where to find things in the kitchen, how to operate showers, etc. Fall folliage was beautiful through the many windows. Location in relation to activities and Harrisonburg was great. Check in was easy. Will plan on returning.

Beautiful property providing privacy for 3 different families
We loved this house. It had plenty of seating for all eight of us to spread out. Our son's family with 2 children did now cause undue disruption to the household. Our childless son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs suite. Our master was secluded from the others providing maximum quietude. Nothing was lackiing in the kitchen, and the view of the woods in back was gorgeous with the fall foilage. We had access to all the amenities at Massanutten and a good time was had by all--Family Adventure Park, Indoor Water Park, and fabulous mountain golf course. the only thing that didn't work well for us was the coded entry. It took a committee to enter the house. Once we got the hang of it, we were OK. I will recommend this mountain getaway to all of our friends and family. Kevin is a great hosts, answering all of our questions in advance of our stay. His recommendation for a dinner spot--Ciro's in Elkton--was a great place to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday.

Perfect location. Lived the house and amenities. Hot tub was a GREAT addition. We were overall very pleased. Only thing that could use improvement was that it wasn't as clean as was expected (ie kitchen table had chocolate or something on it) and there was nothing to hand wash the dishes. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We even talked about renting again!!
