“Perfect”

“We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....

“Great location 5 mins walk from a few restaurants, bars, shops. 10-15 mins to green line T’s into north station. House was set in a quiet residential area which felt very safe. Beds and pillows very comfy, nice dining room and huge comfy wrap around sofa with tv in living room. Massive cast iron period radiators kept the night time chill off. Yes, place could probably do with a lick of paint/TLC and definitely a better shower. But, for four 40yr old men from the UK on a 5 night trip it was...

“Absolutely lovely stay! Due to some flight issues we weren’t able to enjoy our stay for as long as planned but Mikkie was so lovely and accommodating. The house is absolutely adorable and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great as well. The property is perfect for a couple. Would definitely come back again.”

“Very well supplied home! The host has clearly put a lot of time and attention into making a comfortable place for guests. We found it much easier to drive to the T station and park to go into the city for sight-seeing but we really enjoyed this as a home base.”

“Thanks for the great stay we’ll definitely be back again!”

“The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for 8 people. There is a Target only 3 minutes away, and loads of small restaurants within walking distance. My family and I were very pleased with the house. Thank you for the positive experience!”

“This place was a delight! It was super clean and comfy. All of the rooms were spacious: we could have staged a square dance in the living room! There is a countertop fancy toaster oven in the kitchen to take the place of a larger appliance. About a 12-15 minute walk to Tufts. And, the neighborhood is full of bakeries and coffee shops, and ice cream too! Marcela checked in daily, AND let me drop my bags early which was helpful. It felt like home.”

“This place fit our needs but we had a couple of hiccups which I have shared with the owner. When we arrived, 3 of the bedroom doors were locked by a keypad. It was never explained why, but the owner did remind me when I emailed for the door codes that we were only supposed to use 6 beds for the 6 guests in our group. House was short on hand towels and had only 4 coffee mugs, but there were a bunch of k cups for the coffee maker. Drinking glasses were few, too. One of the bedrooms is in the...

“Si quieres estar estratégicamente localizado esta es la ubicación ideal para conocer Somerville, Cambridge (Harvard) y Boston, pero sin estar en el ajetreo del centro de Boston.”

“habitracion limpia y ubicacion favorables”

“Todo fue súper bien”

“En la recepción está Claudia, una latina súper agradable. Nos dio recomendaciones para visitar Salem y cenar en Boston. El desayuno es muy promedio, pero el hotel está bien conectado. Impecable! Claudia merece un ascenso =)”
