“While the unit was spacious, as described, and beneficially located within walking distance to food and driving distance to the universities, the host fell far short of expectations, failing to respond to repeated message attempts via Vrbo. (The host promised an inflatable mattress for one of our family members, but, despite acknowledging reminders, failed to make it available and failed to respond to repeated messages seeking assistance. Our family member resorted to sleeping on a small couch.)……
