Quaint, renovated motel. Nice touches but not high end. Nice location, staff friendly. As rated, would go back. Dog allowed, micro/fridge in room. Great coffee kiosk next door, organic fair trade coffee and organic milk.

Safe convenient location, plenty of parking too. If you are looking for a great place to say in Ashland OR. This is it, This is a family running this property. They provide a good value in a very nice economy motel. You get a local touch from the family who cares that your stay is a good one. The family takes care of the property themselves and do a super job. I could stay at a national chain, instead I choose to support a local merchant.

Small clean room. no amenities to speak of, but a bed, desk, tv and bathroom is all you can expect in a budget hotel. This one had a good size mini fridge and microwave as well.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. This is not a fancy property but it was quiet, had good AC and WIFI and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. There is a great coffee shop kiosk and a spring water fill station super close. It was about 10 mins from Oregon Shakespeare Festival. I’ll definitely be returning!
