We had no issues at all, place was amazing and I would definitely book again anytime I'm out here. My daughter attendees Ohio University so I can definitely see us staying here in the future. I can't say enough good things about this property. ”

“This old farmhouse brought out nostalgia and sweet memories of our great-grandparents. Loads of character in the quirky layout. The view was lovely, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is spacious enough for two to prep and clean up meals with room to spare, a real treat in a rental. We had one reason to contact the host and he responded immediately. Definitely recommend. ”

“Pet friendly host allowed us to enjoy OU homecoming weekend with our fur babies. Close proximity to campus and local breweries that are also pet friendly allowed us to explore new areas.House was pretty clean and matched listing description. Great last mi tie find during such a busy weekend. ”

“As advertised! Clean and accommodating. Wonderful stay for our family. We love the video game set up and outdoor space. The only recommendation i would have would be to allow the A/C to stay blowing cool air throughout the night. Several people complained about how hot it got in the middle of the night. Other than that...perfect.”

“Check in was easy and straight forward! David and Jeremy let us check in early and were super communicative the entire time! The house was beautifully decorated down to the finishing touches and each detail was definitely well designed and thought out, you can tell the care and thought the owners have put into the property in every room of the house! Every instruction was clear and it felt very homey and welcoming. It was a perfect get away spot for couples, friends or families!”
