“We love the two separate cabins and enjoyed the fishing in the Ohio river. We even caught a catfish! We had everything we needed for our stay and the communication was great from the host. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 day. Watch out for the poison ivy on the bank but other than that, great stay!”

“The cottage was cute, and impeccably clean. That's a huge plus. There are things the owners need to address sooner rather than later, things that are wearing down and getting tired. The shower head only sprays out of three of the nozzles- this needs thoroughly de-limed or replaced, the range takes a very long time to heat up- it took us an hour to make a simple breakfast, the grill was filthy and there was nothing to clean it with; it's also very rusted and missing most of the heat-regulating……

“Had a slip up on the check in, but host did all they could to accommodate. Was easy to work with, and everything was great. We had a wonderfull time and made some good memeories. My boy caught his first fish ever at the pond which was a added bonus!”

“Extremely poor communication from property owner/host. Once trip was booked i didn’t hear back from them AT ALL!!! I had questions and requests that went completely unanswered!!! Also the thing we were most excited for, the pool, was full of dead and alive bugs. And before you ask, no there was no net whatsoever to clean them out of the pool so we could enjoy it. We ended up just packing all of our stuff back up and leaving only 3 hours into our stay, seeing as even if we reached out to the……

“Overall, this stay worked for the purpose our group needed it for. There were a few hiccups along the way, but nothing unfixable. The house itself is beautiful, the hammock on the deck is a really cool feature but also placed in a spot where there was a 50/50 chance you'd have a sewage smell while enjoying the feature. This house is in a very rural area. All five of us, with different cell providers and from different areas of the country, had issues with cell service at the house. WiFi was……

“Great stay, straight forward easy check in, clean very spacious and they even provide streaming services for guest, had many recreational activities and things to do on the property, close to Athens with may things to do in a peaceful charming little town and state parks were gorgeous , trains in the back were very quiet and cool to see passing through, hot tub was nice very peaceful area, perfect for relaxing hard and playing hard.”
