This convenient one bedder home will definitely tick all the boxes! The house comes fully furnished, providing you with all the essentials you need for comfortable living. You will have access to a genuine entrance foyer, large and elegant living area, a comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom with laundry facilities, ample storage space, and a modern kitchen equipped with a full sized fridge, microwave, a new dishwasher and cooktop. All bills are included. Also provided 2 parking spaces.
This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 2 car space unit situated in the bustling center of Box Hill perfect for singles, couples, students, only a short stroll away from Box Hill Central, Box Hill Tafe, shopping centers, eateries, bus and train stations. It is positioned on the ground floor.

• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

• Only one well-trained and well-behaved pet is allowed.
• Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Parties or events are strictly NOT permitted on the premises.
• Loud music or noise is not allowed. Please respect the noise curfew between 9:30pm and 8:00am.
• Please pull the bins out to the natural strip kerbside with the lid closed on TUESDAY night for the weekly rubbish collection.
• Please leave the property in clean & tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchen after use it, otherwise $60 applied. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused.
• Please do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
• Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out.
