Room was not serviced, no beds made, towels replaced or coffee cups cleaned or bins emptied. Were told the restaurants were all shut over the peak Christmas new year period only when we had booked in, no breakfast facilities, we had book several months before and were not informed of this. One small quarter plate available. When booking out I enquired as to why this was the case, no apology was offered, just the staff will be told. I think management would be better off going to appropriate courses rather than blaming their staff and also to learn more manners when dealing with customers. Apparently the Expedia site is not informed of such changes in facilities. It is pretty run down and the air conditioners work on an extremely noisy thermostat method which wakes you every fifteen minutes. Not an enjoyable stay, however, they are really well situated and with better management would prove to be a very successful business!
