While we supply quality linen and towels for all guests, we do suggest guests staying more than 3 days to bring their own towels to avoid inconvenience or disappointment.

Lovely stay in Rosebud!
Communication was excellent- we had all the info we needed for a perfect stay. Apartment was well stocked, warm and comfy. Towels were a little thin but overall we had a great stay. Access to the beach was excellent. Highly recommend- we will be back if in the area again.

Good location on beach
Suited our needs well, especially liked main bedroom up stairs, little bit privacy away from 4 big teens lol. loved the location, close to shops and right on beach.. we only stayed one night, quick trip for boys mountain bike riding at red hill. building is little old, and could do with a bit of extra deep cleaning, bit dusty in places, basin not wiped, probably missed, grout in shower needs good bleach in places. so only gave it an 8 for cleaning but nothing a little TLC wont fix.. Would have been nice to have some tea bags etc for a cuppa,but over all nice stay, thankyou.

Perfect location for family with primary school age children. Hope out the front door and it's 2 minute walk to beach, 2 minutes to park and 2 minutes to shops. Perfect for relaxing and having fun at the beach. Apartment comes with everything you need. We book this place every year for the last 5 yrs coz we love it.

Family road trip
Great location to stay for a few nights on our road trip. The waters edge and top park facilities directly out the back of the units. Supermarket and good coffee right across the road. Easy drive to everywhere ypu want to go.

Comfortable and spacious close to everything
Spacious 2 storey 3 bed townhouse, perfect for family. Footsteps to the beach and main shops/cafes. Having a clothes dryer and a safety gate for stairs would be only recommended additions. Would recommend.

Very happy with the unit and its access to everything is excellent.The sofa especially between the seats needs a wipe down as there was a lot of food and dust accumulation, and had trouble locking front door when we left as there wasn’t any instruction to it.otherwise everything else is great.

Good location, not the best facilities
The location and house itself was great. Access to onsite parking was a nice benefit. The house was not the cleanest, there was still sand all over the floor and the top bathroom was extremely dusty, definitely needs a deep clean. The bed in the bedroom upstairs was broken on the left side so my partner kept nearly falling off the bed. The bathroom upstairs also wasn’t properly stocked with toilet paper. It was a nice place, just more care needs to be taken in the preparation of it for short term guests

The flat was clean and very comfortable. The host was quick to respond and wonderful. Great central location, walking distance to shops and beach was less than walk100 metres, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The pictures od not do justice to the location. Would highly recommend. The best Home Stay we've ever been to!

Great place
Overall fantastic place. Nice and clean, wifi, A/C and Netflix and Stan is fantastic.Only two things that would make this place more comfortable. 1) couches are hard as a rock and not comfortable to sit in after 15min 2) The downstairs double bed is like sleeping on jelly and very uncomfortable.
