The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The foyer and entrance were under going some major changes and this impacted our experience. We felt there could have been better separation between the work areas and access for customers.

I really liked this hotel. stayed here previously. But I made the mistake of trusting Expedia in a rushed moment. I will be wary of Expedia in the future. I was not informed of renovations. Expedia should have informed me. It is not Ovolo's fault. It is a failure of 'concern' 'duty' 'care' by Expedia (too big, too smart - whatever!)
