Me and my mum had a really great stay. On the whole it was very good. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with any questions. The only little complaint I’d make is that our room was directly above the restaurant and in the morning there was sooo much noise from about 6.30/7am. Loud screeching of chairs to set the tables up for breakfast service. The chairs aren’t heavy (we tried lifting them up) so think it would make the stay so much more pleasant if the staff lifted the chairs to move them instead of dragging them on the floor. Apart from that, all great. Thanks!

We had a great time during our stay, we check in earlier and our room is already ready for us.They clean it every day. Staff are very friendly and kind. The property is very quiet it’s a perfect place to unwind and to have a good relaxation. The management is very responsive to all my inquiries. I couldn’t take them enough. Food is good we have half board and a drink package.

It’s about a 3 star hotel. The rooms are laid out a little weird. My balcony overlooked a pit. The king bed was just two doubles pushed together. The shower head was angled in a weird direction and the tub was small. AC supposed broke down if you set below 20. Took me two elevators and long hallways to get to my room. Location was okay. Staff was nice.

Lovely staff
Lovely hotel, well placed for all amenities. Lifts very confusing though! It would help enormously if the floor number was visible when the doors open as you can’t always see it in the lift when others are in there. Would I stay here again? Yes!

Daytime robbery and terrible service
We had booked a room based on the photos on this site. We got an email to upgrade our room for one that has a balcony, which we did, and paid extra for. The room was horrible, super dark and old fashioned, no nature light and the "balcony" was shared with another room where they had straight view to our bed meaning that we couldn't keep the curtains opened (added photo to show this). It stank like sever and the sheets smelled like they hadn't been dried in a proper way (like damp and musty). We complained and we're offered another room but only for the 3rd day of our stay. We were asked to pack our stuff for the morning and they will then make the change. Well morning comes and no one knew about the room change... Then they said that it can be done only at the earliest at 11. We went to the pool, came back at around 14 and they still didn't have the room ready for us! Only when I got upset the manager started to figure out if the room can be given at this point... I literally cried at the hotel due to this giving so much anxiety. We got no refund or any kind of complimentary for the stay. Very disappointed and considering that this was a very expensive stay, it makes their behavior even more disgusting. We have sent them another email about this afterwards but nobody came back to us. I've never needed to complain about a hotel before and I hope I never will have to again. This still makes my stomach turn.
