“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“the hotel is real near to beach, the view is good, the food is good, but (1) parking space is not yet ready! (2) the room quality is very normal! ”

“I enjoy the stay at the hotel. My room is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffers are nice and friendly. The bus stop to Valletta and airport is just situated in front of the hotel. San Julian's is within easy reach, say 5 to 10 minutes walk. Supermarkets and quality resturants are easy to get. Malta is great.”

“We had an amazing stay at this modern hotel and can highly recommend it. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness throughout the property is outstanding. The staff in every area were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference for us, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The hotel is very baby-friendly and the team made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The concierge and guest relations staff were particularly impressive – always thinking one step ahead……

“很推薦這家飯店，很棒很新且乾淨舒適，人員和善很幫忙，也協助訂西西里島及GOZO 行程，住房費用合理，早餐好吃，在街道上的飯店總是人來人往，怕吵的人可以請飯店安排高樓層及靠邊間的房間，街角的AVENUE餐廳是同一家老闆，有住房可以有10%折扣，不收手續費及服務費，份量多且好吃，天天去吃海鮮真想念，這飯店環境好地理位置佳，下次有去馬爾它一定會再入住。”

Dinner in the restaurants was also enjoyable and reasonably priced. We will definitely return and highly recommended this hotel. ”

“newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.”
