“When we first pulled up to residence we felt that it was going to be too populated. Actually their were few people home for the week. It was very relaxing. Enjoyed the kayaking and fishing. Road straight to the ORV trails. Had a great week. Rental was fully equipped.”

“Danielle was super helpful, the house was beautiful and so clean!! Beds were super comfy! Everything was perfect; location for the UVT trails were perfect, the bars across the street were great when coming back from a day of riding. We can’t wait to book again. ”

“There was 4 men on the trip. My brother, my brother in law, my son and myself. We plan a guy fishing weekend every year for the past 4-5 years. This years has been about the best so far. We hope we have finally found the place we would like to visit annually. The fishing was pretty good and we really enjoyed our time at the cabin. ”

“Overall Nice property with easy access to dock. One bath makes it inconvenient for the basement guests. A little half bath under the stairs that juts into the living space would be an easy fix. With a tiny bit of money and effort this cabin could go from just good to really special pretty easily. Nice towels and more of them-replacing some lightbulbs and some simple upgrades--carpet = EEWWW in any lodging for me.”

“Our stay at the “cabin” in Townsend was the most wonderful experiences that we have had. Everything was perfect. The home was beautiful, with lots of special touches. We had no problems, nothing was missing, everything was clean, well equipped and just as it was advertised. We had 19 family members who loved the 8 bedrooms, game room and property. Whether it was rain or shine, it didn’t matter. We are still relishing the afterglow from our weeklong stay. ”

The location offered the perfect balance: close enough to enjoy nearby establishments yet extremely quiet and peaceful at the house and on the lake.
