“Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building……
