“Very run down, terrible breakfast that ran out in 30 mining. Staff was not helpful. I would not stay there again.”

“Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.”

“不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。”

“Absolutely atrocious! No one was at the the front desk when we arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. Waited 25 minutes until someone came from the back to check us in. The pool was closed due to maintenance. There was puke on the stairs. The floors in the front entrance were sticky. Every single door to every room in the building has dents and looked they they had been broken into. The bathroom door was discussing. The tub filled up with water while taking a shower because the thing in the bottom of……

“I booked through Expedia in March. When I got to the hotel and checked in they gave me the room key and WiFi code. The next morning one of the staff members tried to kick me along with my three kids out after I had already paid for four nights at the beginning of March. I was then told that if I wanted to keep my room I would have to pay 300 a night because of the music festival that I was attending had all the rooms booked. I was very rudely told that if I didn’t want to pay that I needed to……

“Great location, super close to ISU. Staff was so friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room. Loved the 2nd floor patio. Very relaxing space to decompress after a day of travel”

“This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.”
