I enjoyed my stay the staff is friendly. However, I just expected a quieter stay. there were tons of children in the hotel. Their parents let them play hockey in the hallway and they left garbage in the hallway for the hotel to clean up. I do think the hotel should have stricter policies that apply to all guests regarding their noise level. You can hear everything going on from inside the room. when I mentioned the noise the receptionist informed the adults about their children. Otherwise, the hotel is well kept and the staff members are great workers

Our room was dirty, with a broken A/C that was leaking onto the carpet, causing the room to get quite warm overnight. Bathroom was not cleaned well either. On top of that I was told my overall price would have $20 taken off due to the broken A/C. When I checked my checking this morning I was charged $60 more than what was on my receipt. Will not be back if in this area again.

We added this stay to our trip because of a winter storm in our area coming in at the original start of our stay in the city. Because my son loves to swim, we booked outside as it was easier to find options with pools. However, this pool was very cold, which was a huge bummer as it was the primary reason for our stay.

We had an amazing stay, clean, coureous staff, great breakfast. Problem #1, signage and directions are awful, making for a difficult time to get to property at night after all day drive. I understand that they have little control because of zoning, etc. Still rough.

In a trip to Boston, we chose this property as it was conviently located just north of Boston along a major interstate (I-93.)
Immediately pulling into the property lot, a pothole full of water and size of a small crater, swallowed my front passenger tire and blew it open. No warning cones near this crater or any other indication that there property was not suitable for driving.
As we now have to repair a tire before a 4 hour trip home, you can be assured I’ll never be staying at this property again.
I was left in the pouring rain, to change my tire on this pothole ridden property.

The good: the rooms are big and spacious, the staff is nice, and everything is pretty clean. The bad: this hotel must be made out of tissue paper, because we could hear everything going on, including the outrageous noise made by people walking around in the room above us. The floors literally shook like a dining room cabinet, and it sounded like a constant earthquake was vibrating through the building. Not to mention having to hear everyone's "personal" lives. We slept about 3 hours in total.

The large room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, too, with a nice selection, including make-your-own waffles and oatmeal with an array of toppings. Will stay again!

They shouldn’t advertise room as a “suite”. In reality it is a long room with mini fridge and tiny coffee maker and couch at end. The design of the space is terrible. Only 2 drawers in which to put clothes. No shelves or storage space in bathroom or “kitchenette”. A typical hotel room is easier to stay in than this. At least in a typical room you can unpack your clothes and toiletries, and feel more comfortable.

The staff was great! We enjoyed the option of continental breakfast. The room was big enought for my family of 5. Although we did not use the pool, the indoor pool was a nice option.

Consistency is what I like about Marriott hotels. This one was typical of SpringHill Suites. Beds were comfortable, room clean and amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. I like the space available in the room. This hotel is very close to major roads and access to shopping and tourist areas. We hiked and found the area has wonderful trails.
