Gîte Le Port Mesnil - At the foot of the Lake and the Port

At the foot of the Lake and the Port of Mesnil Saint Père, 25 minutes from downtown Troyes and its factory outlets. Located in a very quiet small subdivision, come and spend a stay "Feet in the water" in this small house with a view of one of the large lakes of the Forêt d'Orient.

On the ground floor, you will have a living room with sitting area, dining area and an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom (bath, washbasin and WC) and a second Separate WC. Upstairs, you will have access to 2 bedrooms, each consisting of a double bed (180x200 or 2 * 90x200) and a convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional beds) in one of them. Outside: you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, a closed and private lawned area with sun loungers and a private area for parking your vehicle. Beds will be made upon arrival. Free WIFI. Heating / electricity package at € 7 / day (from 01/09 to 30/04 only). Tourist tax in supplement (0.40 € / pers from 01/04 to 31/10, free - 16 years old). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: swimming, nautical sports, fishing, pedal boat, cycle track on the spot. Tree climbing at 5 km, cellar visits and Champagne tasting at 20 km, Nigloland at 25 km.

Bien équipée
Petite maison bien située, en face du lac . Bien équipée et agréable . Les loueurs très sympathiques. Cependant quelques détails de propreté sont à revoir , la paroi douche ( calcaire ) les tiroirs et placards de cuisine ne sont pas propres .

Sympathisches Haus direkt am See
Wir haben einige wunderbare Sommertage in diesem charmanten Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert, das Haus ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten und eine Terrasse und gleich gegenüber dem Haus eine große Wiese, auf der man Federball spielen oder Drachen steigen lassen kann. Der eigentliche Badestrand ist nur einige Gehminuten entfernt, wir sind aber meist nur die paar Meter vom Haus zum Seeufer gelaufen und dort ins Wasser gegangen. Wir können das Haus mit allem Drum und Dran sehr empfehlen!

Très jolie maison et très bien située.
Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette jolie maison. Tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Les chambres sont grandes. Le petit jardin avec la terrasse amplement suffisant et pour se rafraîchir le lac et sa plage sont vraiment à proximité.

Bon séjour
Séjour de quelques jours en famille dans cette petite maison. Elle est bien située juste à côté du lac, que l'on voit de la fenêtre de la cuisine et d'une des chambres. A l'arrière, une baie vitrée et la terrasse donnent sur un petit jardin clos et des arbres. La déco est gaie : coussins verts ou jaunes, rideaux bleu vif, lampe tricolore (...) et tableaux de fleurs sur presque tous les murs. Les deux chambres, situées en haut d'un escalier assez raide, sont vastes. Venus hors saison, le temps n'a pas été splendide mais on a pu faire des ballades agréables (et sans masque !), ce qui était sympa. De très nombreuses pistes pour les vélos entourent aussi le lac. Les personnes qui gèrent le gîte sont accueillantes et très réactives.
