Hopusekeeping is optional, it is offered on request, we do not include it in the rate and we do not charge an extra cleaning fee either. Due to security protocols, we cannot offer more heaters, however, we try to make our guests feel comfortable with warm blankets since the weather in CDMX is most of the time not consider extreme, but we understand your inconvenience.
