I love this hotel. The staff are friendly and it’s located in the middle of lots of great restaurants, bars, and stores without being loud in your room. It was great parking in the deck considering how busy this neighborhood can be. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place at the center of Roma
Great location, walking distance to everything. Very nice small hotel with great service. The room is expectedly small, but the ones that next to the street are very nice, with great light and view from the window. At night I do not feel noisy with the window closed. The rooms in the back are not very good. The service is excellent, the staff are very kind and polite.

Good location and a good price, but not a great stay overall. Small, old elevator with missing buttons. Room smelled a bit weird, like a chemical smell. No air conditioning. Not enough electrical outlets. This is only worth it if you really want to be in this location for a reasonable price.

La ubicación es excelente, el hotel no es de lujo y tienen poco personal. El baño y las camas están limpias. La secadora del cuarto no servía, se quemó y pedí que me apoyaran para usar o tener otra y no recibí respuesta. El estacionamiento es amplio y cómodo. Los bell boys son muy amables pero en ocasiones se tardan porque a veces solo hay uno para recibir en el estacionamiento, a la gente y subir maletas .

This Hotel is in one of the best spots on CDMX. Roma is rich in entertaiment, good food and modern mexican culture, the society reflects on the street. Great spot, dinamic and ready to offer a lot.

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of good eating options everywhere. Our room had no air-conditioning and the only way to get fresh air in the room was to open a window which allowed mosquitos to enter the room. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were worn out and should have been replaced - there were even holes in the towels. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, really small. There was no fan and it was warm. The bathroom is so small that you can barely turn around in it. The pictures really don’t show an accurate idea of how small the room is. Just okay.

The Hotel is good even though it has to many problems. The hotel does not have rules for noise and the new guests don’t respect the other guests are resting. On the other hand the service for clean is very light. They never clean the shower doors, and the reception staff are not friendly at all.

Great location in Roma Norte. Theres a lot of restaurants as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they are always checking that you are doing fine. The only thing is that, the doors are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. Besides that, if you are on a budget and want a place to sleep in a great location this is the place.

Return visit to Mexico City
I used to live near this hotel and would pass by it frequently but never stayed there. I no longer live in the city and was back visiting friends for a few days so decided to try this hotel. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all friendly. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extra blanket for a few of the chilly nights. The street facing rooms can be noisy due to traffic and bars in the area that may play music until the early morning. Next time I’m in the city I would consider staying here again.

Horrible hotel do not!!! Stay here!!!! I just had to carry all my bags 6 floors because elevators won’t work. There’s no ac only windows with a fan!. Wifi doesn’t work well, the pluming makes a lot! Of noise.. overall the worst hotel I have ever been to! I’m never ever staying here again!!!

En esta ocasión no me gustó
Ya me había quedado previamente en este hotel en una habitación estándar con cama Queen y todo estuvo bien. En esta ocasión pedí una habitación con cama King para tener más espacio y en efecto, la habitación que me dieron es más grande pero con muchas desventajas. Me asignaron una habitación en la planta baja que está sobre el pasillo que sale al estacionamiento. Entonces, estuvimos todo y el día y toda la noche escuchando los motores y el claxon de los carros. No pudimos descansar en ningún momento. La televisión la conectaron como en una especie de cubo entre habitaciones y por ahí escuchas todo el ruido de la habitación de al lado. Y por último, cuando pedí una toalla de manos, me dijeron que no tienen! Sólo las de cuerpo. En la noche pedí que nos cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que no podían; que debí haberlo pedido antes cuando llegué... No sé si regresaría a este hotel, pero de hacerlo, no creo que valga la pena pagar el extra por la habitación con cama King. Estuvo mucho mejor la experiencia en habitación estándar.
