As soon as I arrived in the apartment, I complained that it smells like sewage. They claimed they checked it, and that they couldn’t fix it. It was a horrible smell that became worse during the evening.

La ubicación es muy práctica y me facilito mucho que tuviera estacionamiento dentro del mismo edificio y con mucha seguridad. Llegue antes de mi reserva y me dieron acceso a la terraza (que tiene una vista increíble, muy agusto y tranquila) y también el Business center donde me pude relajar y trabajar por un rato. La comunicación con la host fue muy buena, una vez en mi apartamento estuve en comunicación y siempre atendió y respondió mis mensajes. El departamento tiene justo lo que necesitaba para pasar una noche en la Ciudad, por cierto, la cama me encanto, dormí increíble. En la mañana utilicé el gimnasio y tiene de todo para hacer una muy buena rutina. El servicio, seguridad y comodidad, altamente recomendable!!!

The apartment is adequately furnished. However, even in winter, the sun bakes the bedrooms for most of the day, elevating the temperature all day long and making it very difficult to sleep. There is no air conditioning, and the property has only a poorly functioning fan. The area is extremely noisy all day and all night long.

Please change that soap. It is so thick it does not come out. There was no broom or mop. No iron either.

Wonderful stay, excellent service.
A pleasant stay. It was greatly enhanced by the excellence of service provided by the security guard who was present upon our arrival and departure. Did not get his name, but he went above and beyond expectations in addressing our needs and questions.

SCAMMERS DIRTY NOISY PROPERTY 1. The hosts are SCAMMING renters. We booked ULIV Polanco and later realized they had placed us in a different property without telling us. Once we made it to ULIV Polanco, they took us to what seemed the back of the property; but this one turned out to be a different build with a different entrance. We were not made aware of this. We felt scammed and unsafe. When we searched this other property, the rate was almost half compared to what we had booked for ULIV Polanco. 2. The TWO hosts never picked up our calls. We had to calm a different ULIV property to get some answers. 3. Dirty apartment with old stained linens and towels. There was no soap to clean the dishes in the kitchen. 4. The apartment had very little ventilation and smelled musty and was very dusty. Multiple members of our parties struggled with dust allergies throughout our stay. 5. There are NO fans/ventilators. We were there for SEVEN nights and asked fl them on night one, they were never made available to us. We were there during the heat wave of late June. 6. The apartment is very noisy since it’s in the back and there’s a lot of echo coming from the streets and parking lot. You can clearly listen to the conversations the staff is having downstairs.

Amazing bargain but no A/C
Other than no A/C what a bargain. Huge place, clean modern crappers, big balcony and free parking and a little kitchen. Very clean & big for less then $100 a night with 24 security & gives you the feeling of having your own condo in the City.

Our stay was amazing! It’s a fantastic location, great and well-laid out apartment, great queen-sized bed, and an amazing TV and a very comfortable couch. The host was very responsive and let us check in early.

El hotel está bien pero le falta mantenimiento. Durante toda mi estadía (4 días) había un olor muy fuerte durante el día, a aguas residuales. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas pero el edificio necesita mantenimiento.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in Polanco. Ein 7 Eleven Markt ist direkt gegenüber. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Bäder haben einen guten Standard. Die Küche ist groß aber ziemlich sparsam ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

El concepto está padrísimo porque llegas a un departamento, cómodo, acogedor y muy céntrico. Sólo les recomendaría que no olviden darle mantenimiento. Las paredes necesitan pintura porque están golpeadas y sucias. La puerta de la regadera no cerraba. Tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente y es triste que se desperdicie tanta agua.
