Staff was great and very helpful. The room had a smell to it that wasn’t very pleasant. It’s a good hotel for business stay or fast stay. Nothing luxurious but comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay during family weekend at U Miami. The location was so modern and convenient to the Miracle Mile. One comment is that the room door took a little while to close, and you could see if someone was in the bathroom. We would stay again when visiting.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I don’t understand the negative reviews. The hotel can use some cosmetic improvements but nothing dramatic. The service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area was great with wonderful restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.
