Absolutely horrible hotel. They canceled our reserved stay the same day we were supposed to check in. They told me it was due to engineering issues however when Expedia called them on my behalf and they told Expedia they overbooked their hotel. Completely incompetent and inconvenient. The Double Trees error in canceling my reservation the day of check in cause me to spend an additional $600 at another hotel that was further from my destination.

Great location, just in front of the ocean and close to grocery shops and restaurants. The hotel is nice but old, the TVs don't even have YouTube. The pool is not great as the water is not clear. I went swimming with my son and we couldn't see anything under the water.

I loved the property, only thing that sucks is one sometimes 2 elevators are working so you have to wait a while to get into an elevator sometimes it took me sometimes 20 minutes to be able to get into an elevator, other than that experience was great!!

The property is clean, view is beautiful, and accessible to the beach, however the beds are hard and uncomfortable. When cleaning crew comes, they fill half of the necessities and not others. The front attendants not forthcoming with information.
