"My stay at EAST Miami hotel was nothing short of amazing. It added a nice luxury touch to my 25th birthday getaway. The receptionist was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and modern and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The valet attendants and bellman were also very courteous and helpful and made transporting luggage and shopping bags hassle-free. I also got to enjoy a breakfast buffet at one of the hotel's restaurant on property called Quinto. It provided bagels, croissants, fresh fruit and much more with an amazing atmosphere. I also loved the fact that this hotel was connected to the Brickell City Centre mall which made my shopping trips easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay to others looking for a luxury get-away and I would stay here again!"

"I appreciated the close location to the beach. We were literally a walk across the street to the beach. Everything was walkable. The staff were attentive & present. Very helpful and friendly & accommodating. The lobby area always was clean smelling. I liked they provided complimentary bikes to ride, beach chairs & bottled water. What I did not like were the little bit of channels available on the tv. The stations they did have did not have service so it did not work. Would also recommend a full length mirror. "

"At check in, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was fabulous! Marvelous view of downtown Miami with sunset. We really enjoyed the pool and having a mimosa at the outside bar. Breakfast right on the bayside was charming. And the Baia SPA not to be missed! I treated myself to a massage and it was superb!!"
