I had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with late checkout. The staff was top tier. We saw dolphins and manatees daily. I love the complimentary kayaking and paddle boarding. The pools were amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at Mondrian hotel and had a generally good time. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I felt like I missed out on some of the perks that the hotel offered because they weren't clearly explained to me at check-in. I wasn't aware of the amenities and services available, such as breakfast options, fitness center hours, or loyalty program benefits. As a result, I didn't get to take advantage of them during my stay. With better communication, I would have been able to enjoy the full range of what the hotel had to offer. Still, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning if the hotel improves its communication about its perks.

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. The amenities was outdated, the furniture didn’t look clean, the curtains had holes in them. The tv was super outdated. For the price of the room I expected a bit more. The bathroom was also outdated, toilet needed several pumps to flush and had dim lightening. The dim lightening in the bathroom made it very hard to apply my makeup. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Few things to consider, valet parking is $50 a night there is no other parking. The fridge was fully stocked with food and drinks. Be careful because if you use those items they will charge you. That was never mentioned when I checked in. I found out from TikTok lol. Also there is a incidental hold on your card. They held about $800 on the card.

Firstly I would like to say majority of the staff there were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Our pool waitress Ashley was tryluly great, always checked in to see of we needed anything else. Her service was great and very professional. As for the property, grom the pictures advertise the property looks well presented and clean. It was ain a great area, easy to walk to stores or cafe, so location is great. The lobby area was superb as well as the deck where we ate breakfast. However there are some areas thta seems to be lacking in maintenance. One being the room we stayed in. Wear and tear to furniture, tiles and fittings were jighly evident. The curtains appeared to not have been washed for some time, the batbroom had stains and there was mildew and mold around the shower that made me cringe. We even tried to get one of the cleaners to try and remove some of the stuff we saw on the shower doors/glass, but unfortunately it was hard to remove and one can only assume that proper and better cleaning methods and maintaining of these rooms were not being kept and that just lot of surface cleaning was what has been done for some time. The carpets in the hallways looks as though they have never seen a vaccum as there was so much built up dust/dirt cisible in the corners. Not to mention some of the furniture on the balconys were rusting, just like spme fixtures in some of the bathrooms. Sad because the lobby looks so spectacular that you are then let down by the rooms you stay in.
