No blankets are in the rooms and yoy cannot controll the cold ac they pump in. I have to beg.... the rhe bathroom again hair and white dust on tub and walls. Garbage including sanitary items in rhe garbage can. Towels were no where to be found. When i asked it was a problem i dareto ask. They finaly brought me 3 hand towels for 2 adults is my alotment,they said. Remote for TVno where to be found they only have a few and there first come only. Hide it if you reserve for housekeeping to reset the room rhey take it and you have to go ask again. Yep its back to first come. The employess openly saying not my problem make a comment and go back yo your room i heard them tell a lady. The permit and posted fire saftey / busines license is expired. We were told the room temperature, which was uncomfortably warm, could not be adjusted because hotel was all one temperature. We noticed the thermostat by vending machines was set at 80F.
