We stayed for 5 days and were denied fresh towels and cleaning service the entire time. I asked 6 different employees for 4 days for someone to come freshen up the room and leave us new towels and even after guaranteeing that someone would come, they never did.
Aside from the cleanliness and poor communication between staff and guests, we were staying on the second floor, with our hotel room being at the front of the building along very busy Collins Ave - and our window was broken and open, unable to be shut. I asked both the front desk staff and maintenance staff 5 times to assist, and they kept pushing it off. For safety reasons, and the sheer fact that I didn't sleep from the noise for 5 days, I have to say this was an extremely disappointing stay.
