Breakfast wasn’t served one morning with no explanation. Carpet in room made feet turn black. Requested housekeeping for garbage, towels and toilet paper 3 days into stay and directed on how to do it ourselves. Property otherwise was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent

Minutes to the Keys and the Everglades. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, grounds were spotless. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Mcdonalds was walking distance for morning coffee. I'd definitely stay again, price is right, no fee to park, but the best part is how close it is to Biscayne and The Everglades.

Great location and fantastic staff. Breakfast was good every morning and food was replenished frequently. We had a great stay for 6 nights...would stay there again for sure.
