This property is very old and outdated when it comes to the rooms. The lobby and outside is nice. The shower was almost impossible to turn on and the pressure was practically nonexistent. Areas of damage were just painted over and the AC was mediocre at best. Only two outlets in the entire room worked. Would never stay here again!

The first room we were given smelled like smoke and mildew. The staff had no issues giving us another room. However, as soon as I opened the door to the 2nd room, there was a massive roach on the bathroom floor. It was dead, but still gross. The power went out. Only 1 elevator worked. We bought popcorn from their store but when we went to use the convenience microwave in the lobby, which had a bowl of overflowing food. The staff member finally took us to the staff lounge to pop the popcorn we just bought. We had to call the front to get a hair dryer. After 30 minutes of waiting, we asked a cleaning lady in the hall and she got us one. The phones did not work correctly. There is a button that says it will call the front desk; however, you actually have to dial 0. I definitely would not stay there again.
